SALON POLICES
New clients need to reach out to me by phone or email before they can book an appointment.
This is to avoid incorrectly booked services. Established clients are encouraged to book or
reschedule their appointments via the booking link. I require an active credit card to be held on file for all clients. Clients will be asked to enter a card before finalizing your online booking. If a card is not on file when you check out, I will save your card during the check out process. If you are unable to find a spot that works for your needs please let me know. I will do my best to help accommodate within my normal hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled slot in
order to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancelation fees are 50% of the service. Same day cancelations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked. These fees will be automatically charged to your card on file. I understand that sometimes emergencies and illnesses come up and if that is the situation, please reach out to me directly. I always want to be understanding of my clients' situations. Please understand if you cancel or reschedule your appointment, availability may be limited for your rescheduled appointment. I do offer a waitlist option which is a great way to get in sooner sometimes. You can add yourself to my waitlist online.
CHILDREN
I do not offer services for children under the age of 14. My appointment times are limited for teen services due to their school/ sport schedules, so while i am happy to accommodate them, when possible, thank you for understanding the limited availability for late afternoon/evening appointments.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
I am so excited to offer each client a truly personalized service from customized cut and color,
with pampering amenities. I love the conversations; I invite my clients to show up however they
are that day and I will do my absolute best to make you feel seen, loved, heard and beautiful.
I do reserve the right to redirect conversation, or ask any client to leave who cannot maintain
respectful conversation. Racial comments, or other derogatory statements or inappropriate
sexual comments/advances will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse a service to
anyone. I will recommend a different service than requested if I believe the service requested is
not achievable or maintainable. My color formulas are my intellectual property. In the event of a client termination, regardless of whether I terminate or the client choses to move forward to another stylist, my color formulas will not be passed out. If a client wishes to obtain their formula, they may purchase it from me for a fee of $250. This ensures protection and respect for my work as an individual artist and stylist.

GENERAL
I work very hard while I am behind the chair and do my best to accommodate my clients needs.
I ask that my personal time is respected. I do not come in on my days off, or stay late unless I
am the one who had to reschedule your appointment due to a personal or family situation on my
end. Thank you for respecting my time, my professional status. My prices are a direct reflection
of my skill, invested education and knowledge, and are comparable with other stylist at my
level. I do not adjust my prices, please do not ask me to do so. I understand that I may not be a
good fit for every client and respect your decision to find someone more suited to your schedule,
budget and personality should you choose to do so.

BRIDAL
I have been a bridal stylist for over 7 years and it is such a privilege to be such an integral part of
your day and getting your look exactly the way you want it. All makeup is an airbrush base with customized powder/creme finishing touches. Lashes are included for all brides.
If you are interested in booking a wedding date with me please reach out to me via email or text.
If the wedding party is larger than 3 for both hair and makeup or larger than 5 for just hair or
makeup, I will be reaching out to some of my bridal network to help me accommodate your
wedding party and have everyone beautiful in a timely manner. Usually, there will still only be
one pricing package and contract, but there may be a few artists who will want a separate
contract with you for their agreed work.

Once we have secured the date and agreed upon the number of services for the wedding party, I
will schedule the trial for the bride for the requested services. I recommend that the trial is
within one month of the wedding date, but we may do a phone consultation to ensure that any
prep is taken care of. For example, if extra hair is needed for the desired look it can be ordered,
or if I recommend any updates to color or cut prior to the wedding it can be booked with your
stylist or myself.

50% of the package is due at the time of the trial, the remaining balance is due one week before
the wedding. This avoids stress and chaos for both parties trying to ensure payments are
completed while trying to get ready for the wedding.

Travel fee: Metro area $150
Outside metro area $225
​
If the destination is further than a 1.5 hour drive I do require lodging provided for me and any
team for the night before the wedding to avoid any late starts due to traffic, weather etc.
20% Gratuity will be automatically applied to the package for parties of 4 or more.

Once your wedding date has been secured on my calendar, you can cancel with no fee up to 8
weeks prior to your wedding. If you cancel within 8 weeks of the wedding date you will be
charged 25% of your total package price.
